When the BBC commissioned a retelling of Shakespeare’s famous pieces in a modern setting, BBC Red Button wanted to create a visual glossary of the language used, with the aim of appealing to GCSE students.
My job was to art direct, design and animate a visual glossary for Taming of the Shrew. I drew each word by hand, and animated the phrases with personality that expressed the meaning of the language.
